Louise is a the Director for the North Yorkshire Local Delivery Unit.

She is responsible for all aspects of the service across North Yorkshire, with Office units in Harrogate, Skipton, Northallerton, Selby and Scarborough. Louise will also be responsible for area-wide Multi Agency Public Protection arrangements, and the Approved Premises.

Her work with Probation spans some 18 years, and has included work in Approved Premises, courts, YOTs, and a YOI.

Prior to working in North Yorkshire in 2009, Louise worked as a manager with West Yorkshire Probation Trust, where she had the opportunity to manage and deliver operational services in a large metropolitan area, as well as take a lead role in some key partnerships including PPO/IOM, Domestic Violence, Safeguarding, and Offender Health.
